S1 E26 | Sikkim Adventures: Rimbey River and Orange Gardens

Vlogs

Continuing our Sikkim adventure, we explored the Rimbey River and nearby waterfalls. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the area is a perfect spot for nature lovers seeking offbeat experiences.

The waterfalls cascade beautifully into the Rimbey River, creating a serene and picturesque landscape. Walking along the trails, we were mesmerized by the sound of flowing water and the fresh mountain air.

Nearby, we visited the orange gardens, though it wasn’t the season for oranges. We still enjoyed the scenic rows of orange plants and spotted tiny local birds adding life to the lush greenery. The gardens are peaceful, making them perfect for photography or quiet exploration.

Tips for Visiting:

  • Wear comfortable shoes as the trails can be slippery near the waterfalls.

  • Off-season visits offer a more private experience with fewer tourists.

  • Carry snacks and water for a small picnic by the river.

This part of Sikkim was all about nature, serenity, and unplugging from the busy cities we had visited earlier. The combination of waterfalls and gardens made it one of the most refreshing days of our trip.
